Post-Baby Exercise Plans (Baby BeeHaven Review)

Fun fact about me: I gained 73 pounds during my first pregnancy. Yes, you read that right. Miss Gaia made this mama gain nearly 3 times as much as the “recommended weight” for most, normal pregnancies.I was pretty depressed about the whole thing actually. I had a rough time during those ten months she was in my womb. And to be honest I didn’t have a lot of support after she was born. I was really lonely and I continued to not care at all about my body image.

I did nothing extra except gain more self-confidence and motivated myself towards my own happiness and finally, after three and a half years the weight began to just melt off. It’s amazing what a sense of self-worth can do, because I was down to my high school weight in the summer of 2011. I like to brag about how I did absolutely nothing except participate more in life. It was very reassuring.

I am not going to fuel my weight loss on hopes and dreams this time. I have this plan that starts with walking every day. It gradually turns into starting back up on the Couch to 5k routine. I’ve never been a stroller mom before, but the one on my registry is a jogging stroller. And I will use it.

And I will take charge of my body and I will be happy losing weight. I will go to play groups, and I will walk & jog marathons with my children. These are some of my unspoken goals for 2013.

I received the awesome See ‘n Store from Baby BeeHaven last week. I love the functionality of this little stroller pouch! It’s stretchy to fit all kinds of strollers, has enough pouches for any casual outing, and is completely reversible depending on your personal needs.

It even has a display mount for your iPad or tablet. I mean how can my baby be angry about our jogs together if he gets to relax and watch TV while mama gets fit? He can’t even get mad!

I personally can not wait to bust out my stroller and See ‘n Store and hit the road. This little man and I are going to be rollin’ in style! They have other awesome products like nursing aids and bucket seat covers. I am dying to get my hands on the Cosh ‘n Go memory foam stroller cushion. (My baby is going to be so spoiled…)

Disclaimer: I received this product for review. All opinions, however, are my own. I shall not tell lies!

  1. I just had my daughter 5 months ago and I seem to be at a red light with my weight loss. It melted off at the beginning, but now I’ve plateaued. It’s reassuring to hear it will start up again!

  2. What a cool product! This would have been cool to have when my son still wanted to face me in his stroller.

  3. My double jogger doesn’t have a space for this type of thing, but it is a great idea!
I gained 70 with my last pregnancy and still have 50 of it hanging around.

  4. I love this product.. Thank you for sharing..

  5. That is such a cool stroller accessory. Anything that makes the walking/jogging easier for you (and the little one) will help you keep at it ~ best of luck!!

  6. They always come out with the cool products after my babies are grown!

I really love the idea of this product!

  7. Now they need to make a double stroller like this πŸ˜‰

  8. Love this! Walking is a great way to lose the pregnancy weight and seriously, how could anyone complain if they can watch the iPad too! πŸ˜‰
