I’m not really a high maintenance kind of girl. I’ve mentioned before how I don’t shave my legs often, worry about a morning routine, or dress up every day. That’s part of the reason why you don’t see posts like “What I Wore Wednesday” around these parts. I’m probably the worst girl ever when it comes to things like that.
However, my face does this weird thing when I’m pregnant. I get this dry, gross thing on my chin and the rest of my face gets all shiny. It’s such a strange mixture of skin problems it can drive a girl insane!
I’m happy to announce I’ve found something that makes things little more bearable. Though the patch on my chin will probably remain a few shades darker as long as I’m pregnant, Baudelaire primer/mask helps me to exfoliate the gross top layer of dryness and also maintains the rest of my complexion.
Baudelaire is a Australian 2 in 1 primer and mask. It’s main ingredient is magnesium hydroxide which is derived from sea water. I admit I was little put off at first because it’s this clear liquid stuff with tiny white specs. It worked like a charm though, first feeling a bit like an exfoliater and then when I rinsed the mask my skin felt soft and oil free.
You can grab your own bottle of Baudelaire for $18 from their website.
