Happy Valentine’s Day and welcome to the [2nd annual] Handmade from the Heart Giveaway Hop, hosted by the Blogging Mamas Network!
This Hop was such a success last year that we brought it back for round 2 because it seems everyone loves beautiful handmade items! Each blogger in this Event has a handmade giveaway worth at least $25, so be sure to hop around and celebrate Handmade from the Heart! And you definitely do not want to miss the fantastic handmade goodness of the Grand Prize… a $150 Etsy Gift Card!
Breastfeeding is something that is close to my heart, so for my giveaway I’ve created a little package of goodies to accommodate the nursing mother or mama-to-be. Everything here was hand made by me with lots and lots of love!
First up is a nursing cover. This nursing cover is lightweight so your little one doesn’t get to hot. It is made with boning in the front so you can constantly see and communicate with your baby as he or she settles down for a feeding. If you’re crafty, you can make your own cover using my tutorial over at Breastfeeding Place.
I also created a little matching pouch to carry your nursing cover in. Included is a a hand made nursing necklace made from wooden beads that are individually knotted in place and out of danger for your baby to play with. You can also take the necklace off and use it as a chew toy. The thick knots and tough beads really get babies going!
I’ve also thrown in 2 pairs of nursing pads. Each pair is made with charcoal bamboo material and one pair is backed with PUL to prevent stains on your clothing. Charcoal bamboo is known for it’s antimicrobial properties, which will definitely help keep your breasts free of germs and healthy.
Finally, I’m throwing in 2 ounces of my home made herbal healing salve. This salve can be used on sore or cracked nipples and baby bums. If you’d like to know what is in the salve, please check out my tutorial here.
This giveaway is open to residents of the Us only. To enter, simply use the Giveaway Tools form below.
A winner has been chosen! Congratulation to Jeanette, who is expecting baby number 3!!!
