I’m not going to lie; Cleaning cloth diapers can be messy. It’s not hard, but it is gross. Breastfed poops aren’t an issue because you just throw it in the wash and they come out clean. Once you get into solid feeding, however, you get these nasty peanut butter poops that are sticky and icky. Then you have to add a pre-wash to get all the filth off… but it’s really getting the semi-solids off your precious cloth that can be difficult. That’s where Spray Pal comes in handy.
Before Spray Pal my routine was to stash the dirty diapers away until the end of the day. And then I had to spray the diapers down, all the while splashing on the rim of the toilet. Not only that, but I’d get some on the floor and on my legs. I’d have to throw in mini mop sesh and a short shower. Now my life is so much simpler.
I just clip on the diaper, spray (notice how it says “full force?” Yeah, we like that…), and then unclip my diaper to dump it into the pail. BAM! (I skip the squeezing part because it still grosses me out.)
I leave it open to dry in my tub and then I leave it open next to the toilet readily available for those disgusting dirty cloth diapers. My diaper laundry isn’t nearly as intimidating now that I have Spray Pal helping me out.
Spray Pal can be purchased directly from the website for $25. There are also a wide variety of bundle options should you require other necessities for your cloth diaper journey.
