I love finding new things to change up my eating habits to fit a healthier lifestyle. I’m not too crazy about salads or working out just yet, but little changes here and there make me feel better about myself. I can tell a difference since we started being more health conscience back in September. Although we do still indulge, it’s snacks like Harvest Snaps that make the transition worth it.
I received a bunch of these amazing snap pea and lentil snacks as part of a blogging program. We busted open the original flavor first (not pictured) and were instantly intrigued. Though the original didn’t really tickle our fancy, the toddler munched them down faster than we could formulate a real opinion. And the more we ate the lightly salted Harvest Snaps, the more they grew on our taste buds.
Next we tried each of the amazing flavors, including the Lentil Snaps. Because these are made with real non-GMO lentils it’s a completely guilt free snack. The Tomato Basil rocks my socks and I will definitely be buying more in the future!
Let it be known that the fiance hates peas, yet he enjoyed most of the flavor combinations that Harvest Snaps had to offer. He is with me on Tomato Basil ranking in at number one, followed by Caesar and Black Pepper. Neither of us were fans of the Wasabi Ranch, but the kids were so they didn’t go to waste.
Harvest Snaps were great by themselves as a snack, but they were also enjoyed besides my new an improved avocado egg salad sandwiches. Because they are high in protein and low in carbs, these deliciously baked goodies leave you feeling full without feeling sluggish.
You can find Harvest Snaps at a retailer near you by using the retailer locator on the Harvest Snaps website. Make sure to follow Harvest Snaps on Twitter and Facebook to stay up to date on your favorite flavors.
